Bear Archery Promotes new Engineering Manager

Josh SidebottomEvansville, IN - Bear Archery is pleased to announce the promotion of Josh Sidebottom to the position of Engineering Manager. Josh's skill sets include eight years of demonstrated expertise in new product development, costing, operational interface and team leadership skills. He attended The University of Dayton where he earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Josh is a passionate outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and shooting competitive archery. Josh joined the Bear team in January of 2011 and has shown an unwavering commitment to developing the best archery equipment in the marketplace. Josh will use these talents as he continues to drive innovation and advancements to all product lines belonging to Bear Archery, Trophy Ridge and Rocket Broadheads.

Josh and his wife Holly, also an accomplished archer reside in nearby Newburgh, where they live an active outdoors lifestyle, participating in archery, hunting, fishing, camping and boating.
